My Professional Experience

     From January 2008 until January 2010 I carried my voluntarily activity in the International project TEMPUS-CD-JEP_26100_2005 LAREMA (Land resources management of Uzbekistan). In this project, I was involved in development of new libraries within the project by searching related literatures with the help of Internet, assisted to project coordinator and project manager in daily task, and assisted in organization of conferences, seminars and meetings within the project.

        From December 2008 until July 2011 and from September 2011 to September 2014 I carried my activity as an assistant of the director of “Land Tenure Development Centre” which was established based on the project “Tempus-LAREMA” at TIIM.

        In this centre, I was involved in installation of the Windows 2000/XP/7 operation systems, editing different texts, tables, databases, presentations with the help of Ms Office (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint), editing different images in Adobe Photoshop. In addition, I was involved in scanning the data, printing, conversion to raster format of large scaled paper information with the help of special scanners, printing on plotters, creating, drawing electronic maps and analysing data of Remote Sensing in ArcGIS, AutoCAD and ENVI software, organization of classes for teaching ArcGIS9.3/10 and AutoCAD07/10 programs.

Professional Experience on Tempus Projects (2010-2014 y.y.)

        In July-September 2011, I worked as an engineer in Namangan region’s department “Uzdavyerloyiha” Scientific projection institute under Committee of Land resources, Geodesy, Cartography and State Cadastre of Republic of Uzbekistan. My tasks had been creating electronic maps on ArcGIS9.3 software and printing them on plotters, monitoring lands faced to degradation and preparation of necessary documents.

         From January 2010 until July 2011 and from September 2011 to 2013 I carried my activity as an assistant of 158982-TEMPUS-1-2009-1-ES-TEMPUS-JPCR SWAN Project’s coordinator. My usual mission was assistance to project coordinator in daily tasks, organization classes in ArcGIS and AutoCAD for teaching staff and students of the institution, meeting at the airport, accommodating in the hotels the international colleagues of the project, assisting in organization of different conferences, seminars and meetings.

         From November 2012 up to now I am working as a technical assistant of Tempus GE-UZ Project “Geoinformatics: enabling sustainable development in Uzbekistan” (530808-TEMPUS-1-2012-1-HU-TEMPUS-JPCR Tempus IV). 

         During my employment on Tempus Projects since 2010, I have participated in the different seminars, workshops, training courses that was given by EU professors and received Certificates on the themes of Sustainable Land and Water Resources Management. On those seminars, I had a chance to improve my skills and increase the level of my knowledge in Land and Water Resources related subjects.

         In September 2013, I started my professional activity as an assistant teacher at TIIM. I thought BSc students on the subjects related to my speciality as Land Cadastre, Land Management, Geodesy and GIS until September 2014.

Working as a teacher at TIIM (2013-2014)

        I actively participated in the Workshop “Pasture and Grazing Management II”, which was organized by Eurasia-Pacific Uninet in 1-4 October of 2013 in Mongolia. There I successfully presented my article on the theme “Pasture land degradation degree and its reasons in Farish district of Jizzakh region of Uzbekistan”.

      I have successfully completed the Workshop “Studies in Spatial Analysis” which took place at the University of Salzburg, Interfaculty Department of Geoinformatics – ZGIS, Austria, from November 11 to December 6, 2013.

       The Workshop was embedded in the framework of the Tempus GE-UZ Project “Geoinformatics: enabling sustainable development in Uzbekistan” at the University of Salzburg, supervised by Prof. Josef Strobl (Head of Department), and is equivalent to 8 ECTS.
